Your My Wedding dashboard is where everything comes together. You can save your wedding details like date, budget, and region, then use the vendor checklist to see which vendors you still need to book. As you favorite vendors on WeddingHelp, you can assign them directly to each checklist item and track your progress as you go. Everything saves automatically, so you can come back anytime and pick up right where you left off.

How does the wedding guest list and RSVP system work?

You can manage your wedding guest list directly from your My Wedding page. Add guests, group households, and keep track of who is invited all in one place. When you’re ready, you can send RSVP emails right from the guest list, including a one-click option to send invites to everyone who is still awaiting a response. As guests open emails and reply, their RSVP status updates automatically so you always know who’s coming.

Can I invite my partner to collaborate?

Yes. You can share your wedding planning dashboard via a "Share" button in your "My Wedding" page with anybody! And you’ll all see the same checklist, guest-list, and more.

Can I add my business to WeddingHelp?

Accepted Answer

Yes! It's totally FREE. Head to /vendor-signup, create an account if needed, and fill out the form. We review applications the same day or next day.

How do I claim my vendor profile?

Accepted Answer

To claim your vendor profile, simply create a normal account, and navigate to the "For Vendors" section. From there, you can press the claim/add button, and fill out a vendor application form. (Yes, you still need to fill this out even if we already have your business listed!) This way you will have full control.

Is WeddingHelp.ca free to use?

Yes. It's completely free to use for couples and vendors! Vendors do however, have the option to pay to promote their business and have it featured across the site, boosting visibility and quality backlinks.

In most cases, yes. Public beaches on Vancouver Island usually require a permit for wedding ceremonies.
